Client Email Error – Unable to send or receive from Gmail Accounts: Clients were using non-Google email host, verified SPF, DKIM, and DMARC were installed and correct. Checked for PTR, ran reverse DNS to specify the correct PTR for host name and IP address. Checked IP reputation and verified it wasn’t shown on blocked lists. Issue self-resolved. Informed it is known issue with Gmail.
The client wanted their new secondary domain in GWS to become the primary domain for all Gmail accounts. The secondary domain required installation and update of all MX and DNS files. I migrated old Gmail and Google email accounts into the new GWS domain Gmail accounts ensuring no data was lost in the process. Modified permissions for specific user accounts as required and built shared drives within GWS.
Installed and updated MX and DNS files for secondary domain. Enabling email accounts to begin being used.
Researched and developed forms to be used for new volunteers, adoptions, memberships, and surrenders. These will populate the Salesforce database via FormAssembly. All of them are live on the new website, The Horse Protection League (theHPL.org)
Established database of donations from previous year and uploaded to Salesforce, including entering new donors, new organizations, and removing duplicate data.
Created and maintained a database of volunteers for The Horse Protection League using Google Workspace. Two domains, security, emails, and shared drives.
Reinstated APNS certificates.
My first website project was an imaginary online shop, named, JavaHobbit. Users could order tea and coffee products, from real local Colorado companies, Dryad Teas and Boyer's Coffee, to go. Designed to authenticate users as they logged in, save their information, and allow for private transactions when they ordered. Or browse as guests without logging in. Challenges were to build a database and website from scratch using PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQLi. Admin features were present to keep security measures up to date and allow for changes in user information or resetting of passwords. GET, POST, and DELETE were available for the front-end authentication. Unfortunately at the time I did not have a host site for this project so I don't currently have it displayed anywhere. It has not been rebuilt since completing the certificate program.
